I look very plush

Happy Birthday Nickey!

So happy to be 6 years old today!

Confused Nickey

Sleeping on a shoe

Nickey is pooped from playing in the sun with a few other dogs. But we think he had fun.

After a bath

I'm so clean and cute!

A Family Affair

Meet Johnny Bravo! As it turns out, he and Nickey are related. Nickey's dad is Johnny Bravo's great grandfather, and there is a lot of pug crossover in both their moms' and dad's pedigrees. If you see the 2 of them together (especially in the videos below), you'll be amazed at how similar they look.

The pugs relaxing.

The pugs playing and eventually running off into one of the office buildings. We had to chase them down.

Nickey and Sheba

Sheba is a friend of Nickey's who he hasn't seen in awhile. They met at the weekly Pug Sundays at the Shoreline Dog Park in Mountain View. Sheba is a very feisty, active pug that Nickey has a hard time keeping up with!

L: Sheba, R: Nickey :)

Dumpy

Nickey looking dumpy at my parents' house. They watched him while we were on vacation. Thanks Ohma and Ahpa!

Nickey's new friend he hasn't met yet

Meet Conan! He's a lovable, 25-pound ball of fur, cuteness, and personality. I say he's Nickey's new friend he hasn't met yet because both Conan's owner and I agree that they'd love each other. They just need to meet in person (in pug?).

I'm curious how he was able to fit into that sink, but he seems content.

A few more pix outside the lunch cafe @ my building:

Don't you just love that Cal sweatshirt?

What a cute face and underbite!

That's all folks! Thanks for admiring Conan's pix.

Nickey is a big boy today

Happy Birthday Nickey! It's his 5th birthday today.

Oh, and Happy Valentine's Day to all!

Meet Betty

Nickey loves playing with Betty, although I think he also annoyed her :) Here's a snapshot of Betty getting her beauty sleep. She is owned by an old colleague from YouTube.

Good buddies

More pics from our Christmas Day walk

This is a funny picture. Everyone is mid-air :)

Enjoying the crunch leaves. It looks almost like fall.

Nickey steps cautiously.

Happy Howl-idays!

Nickey and Snowball wish you a very Merry Christmas!

Nickey's owner's birthday breakfast

Blueberry pancakes courtesy of Sze-jun for my birthday brekkie. Note the light dusting of powdered sugar :) Other pics include a side of homemade vanilla whipped cream, bacon, and our little tree.

Early days at Google

A walk down memory lane - some pix of Nickey in his early days at Google. He was a big hit! (and still is whenever he decides to come to work ;-)

I can jump!

Happy Thanksgiving!
